(03) What I can help with

Two things I do best. And the problems behind them.

Useful whether you're hiring for a role or need a hand with a project. Same person, same way of working.

01 · Service

Marketplace management & growth

For brands selling on Amazon Vendor Central and other marketplaces, from luxury fashion to consumer goods, that want the channel to grow and actually make money.

Accounts I know from the inside
  • Amazon
  • Zalando
  • ASOS
  • Farfetch
  • Giglio
  • 24S
  • Galeries Lafayette
  • YOOX
  • Lyst
The problem

The marketplace grows slower than it should. Margins are thin, the catalogue is messy, peak events feel like chaos, and nobody really owns the account.

What I take on

Account performance and profitability. Catalogue and product-detail quality. Availability. Planning for Prime Day and Black Friday. The day-to-day running of the account.

How I work

First I learn the numbers and the constraints. Then I find the two or three things that will move them, and fix the process behind them so it stays fixed.

The proof

6 of 8 Amazon Spain brands beat their targets across five Prime Days and two Black Fridays.

Strategic account management

For important partner or client accounts that need someone to own the relationship and the results.

Industries I've worked with
  • Fashion
  • Luxury
  • Footwear
  • Consumer Electronics
  • Office Products
  • Automotive
The problem

A key account with issues that have been stuck for months. Too many stakeholders, nobody pushing, and the relationship quietly wearing thin.

What I take on

Owning the relationship. Getting stakeholders aligned. Escalating when needed. Negotiating with suppliers and partners. Making sure the account grows instead of just surviving.

How I work

Honest communication, clear next steps, and persistence. I'd rather have the uncomfortable conversation early than the expensive one later.

Office of the day

Anywhere with wifi and a deadline.

Also useful for

Anything that's messy, stuck or un poco caótico.

Commercial performance, day-to-day execution, the boring bits that make the exciting bits work.

Standardising how things are done so they stop depending on one person's memory.

Suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders. Firm on the outcome, fair on the way there.

A note on AI

I'm comfortable with AI tools and use them where they save time or sharpen thinking. I don't use them to replace judgement, and I don't believe in automating something just because you can.

How we could work together

Two ways in.

If you're hiring

A role on your team

Ecommerce, marketplace, growth, account management or commercial operations, in whatever industry needs it. In-house, I take ownership of the channel, the accounts and the results.

Remote or hybrid

Remote and hybrid teams since 2021. Calls in European mornings, everything else async, in English or Spanish.

Open to relocation?

I've moved quite a few times, and I'm still curious to see what's next. If a role requires relocation, the brand's values align with mine and it feels like the right match, I'm absolutely open to having that conversation.

If you need freelance help

A project with a clear goal

For brands on Amazon and fashion marketplaces, and for hospitality businesses that want more direct bookings and better OTA results. We agree the goal, the scope and how we'll know it worked before we start.

Typical ways to work

A two-week audit of a marketplace account or sales channel, ending in a short list of priorities. A monthly retainer to run an account or a channel. A fixed project, like a peak-season plan or a direct-booking push.

How it works

Remote, with a weekly check-in. Calls in European mornings, everything else async, in English or Spanish. It starts with a free 30-minute call.
